one of my friend engaged in transport business hvng 3 tempo planning to register under gst will it get itc paid on purchase of tempo ??

Bt newly register person can only get ITC fr inputs n nt fr capital goods as per the rule na!!??
Yes ..... when he charges 12% on his outward supply
