mera question ye hai ki ager kisi ne petrol pump khola hai to kya wo capital goods ke purchase pe itc le sakta hai ya nahi jaise ki petrol tank purchase pe ya aur bhi kisi pe

Petrol pumps doesnt have any output gst and you cant claim refund of unutilized itc as epr section 54
