Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether it's possible to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) for invoices from the financial year 2018-19, even if received late. The consensus is that the deadline for claiming ITC relating to FY 2018-19 has passed. The time limit mentioned, up to the due date of the September 2020 return, applies to FY 2019-20, not earlier years.

In which month did your vendor show these invoices in his GSTR-1?

Time Limit to Claim ITC relating to F.Y 2018-19 is already passed/expired.
Now, you can not claim that ITC.

Time limit of up to the due date of return of September, 2020 (i.e 20th October, 2020) is for F.Y 2019-20
