one of my client in GST have electronic credit ledger balance available 5k and electronic credit cash ledger is zero.
tell me what is process to get refund to bank account.

if your client's business is running on ......... the department will not give you the refund. It will be adjusted against payable in future. Please correct me if I am wrong .
