ITC Credit Availability of Fy 2018-19
Last date for Eligible for ITC for invoice of FY 18-19

As per section 16(4) of the CGST act 2017 , last date for availing Input TAX credit for F.Y 2018-19 is date of furnishing return for the month of September 2019 or Annual return , whichever is earlier .
Last date for availing Eligible ITC of Fay 2018-19 has been expired now as of now and no further clarification from Govt in this regard.
The last date ITC claim for the FY 2018-19 expired on September 2019 or exactly due date of GSTR 3B filing for September 2019.
