we packing country liquor and sale to Rajasthan state government in vat and packing material purchase for this in gst so can we claim gst ITC on packing material .

As per your question if you are using buying goods for futhern supply in the business then you can use that ITC UNDER GST ACT
Supply in vat to state government
Yes you claim your itc on packing material and if you sale your product in vat your itc is refundable u need to file refund request
