ITC Amt. 860000 Rs. of Sept-2019 not Claim in GSTR 3B till May 2021All 3B have filed nill. So how to claim this ITC amt. Any solution of this matter.

No you cannot claim.
As per Section 16(4) , the ITC in respect of any invoice or debit note can be claimed till furnishing return u/s 39 (GSTR 3B) for the month of September following the end of FY to which such invoices or debit notes is pertains.
This in your case the last date to avail ITC was September 2020. Hence same has been passed so cannot claim ITC now.

The last date is September 2020 to itc on that disputed period,so u approch assessing officer ,for an intimation as per rule 142(1).
