My GST consultant did not claimed ITC from April, 2020 till June,2020 even when shown in GSTR2B of that month, however he claimed ITC of the September, December month.
1. So can I claim the ITC of those months in the GSTR3B of December,2020?

Yes You can claim ITC
But firstly check whether those ITC are eligible ITC or not? ITC available in GST2 Is not the conclusive evidence that one should take ITC.
And if it is eligible ITC then you can ask your consultant to take those ITC. IT Can be taken by showing the same in other available itc at the time of filing 3B for December.
