ITC claim from composite dealer

sir I am an regular dealer I have purchased from an composite dealer in Jan,Feb and March iam not the purchase in 3B and sale as been shown in GSTR 1 is their any chance to show in this month April return please tell me someone.......

Yes... you can show the missed details in April return.

Note:
No need to show Inward details in GSTR 1 return.

ITC cannot be taken on purchase from composition dealers. Accordingly you have to show in table 5 of GSTR 3B. Since you have not included in jan,feb and march you can include it in april. No need to show this purchase in GSTR-1.

No way/question for ITC*** in composition dealer's invoice.

Bcoz, it's not include or exclude any tax components. So, No more questions about ITC on composition bills

sorry I don't shown the purchase in 3B now FY has changed is their any risk to show in April return

No risk and no other way because no option to revise or amend 3B.. just keep the workings... more over no tax effect so there will not be any problem.
