we are purchase New Car for Director transporting

my Query is we are Allow Claim ITC Purchase Car Invoice Tax or Not

input tax credit restriction given in section 17 of cgst act. motor car input tax credit is not allowed in general but allowed in few specified conditions. please refer the section for more clarity.
