Dear all,

My company purchased Dumper in Rajasthan under vat (30.06.2017), is there are ITC available on paid VAT?

Our company deal with work contract as sub contractor, this Vehicles/Machinery use for our own work purpose.

please guid me

Yes you can claim ITC.
