ITC APPLICABILITY ON WORKS CONTRACT
If a person registered as contract service provider receives tenders from government for making roads, small dams, ditch, sewage etc then in that case whether the person is eligible to claim ITC or not ??

Only work's contractor services can claim ITC
Other than Ineligible ITC as per Section 17(5) of GST Act, the person can avail ITC on all inward supply of Goods or Services or both.
