Can a proprietor claim Itc on two wheeler which is bought for business purpose; business is of soft drink, soap etc. two wheeler is bought with Gst number. Please kindly give me suggestions. Thank you

ITC can not claim in your case. ITC is allowed only if you are in same business i.e. supply of car or vehicle, transportation of passangers, imparting training on driving etc.

He is delivering the goods to the customer in scooter but he is not raising freight on invoice. So can he avail ITC ???
