ITC-04-Capital Good sent to Kob worker
We are manufacturering company and also giving Job work contract. In our job work contract we are sending our machinery to job worker. Whether Machinery being capital good in nature required disclosure in ITC-04.

Quick Summary
yes capital goods as well as raw material needs to be reported in the itc 04
But capital good sent to job worker is not meant for any processing by job worker. It will used by him for processing on Raw material.
