like wise i am planning to but the book aashirwad for audit is that a good option for
buy any book you like for ITSM but the language in answer paper should match with Study Mat and for Audit buy Aruna Jha
u should prefer dinesh madan for understanding concept and practice manual and study mat for language and question practice
