i dont know i am confused about this sub which is the best book for this sub i have few options can anyone tell me whether its an good option at all for sm- padhuka neeraj aroras sir book dinesh madan and for it- dinesh madan padhukas

buy any book you like for ITSM but the language in answer paper should match with Study Mat and for Audit buy Aruna Jha

u should prefer dinesh madan for understanding concept and practice manual and study mat for language and question practice
