It's all greed that degraded most respected ca degree

Hi to all fresher

Shocking Fact:

We CA belongs to  most coveted profession.

But CA's  himself degraded it. CA are responsible for making this degree like dustbin in Garbage

How?

Getting Good package and best placed in good work environment everbody dreams of.....

Greed of these  experienced CA's has increased manyfold.....If u ask another CA how much he get? He says 20 Lacs..... and suppose u get only 15 lacs. U will feel  jealous of him and curse ourself and God most probably.... right... It is human tendancy... BUT have you everthought what about those fresher CA, who are not at all getting job or working for peanuts.....and working under bond or contract or Trainee in company and getting frustrated with their life even after putting 3-4 years of their life in getting CA degree / working under CA as article clerk which has no value in Industry.

Industry are happy they are getting all job done from one experienced CA instead of hiring 4 new fresher for assisting him .. These experience CA ready to work day and night for additional package.and want to keep their ass secure.

For example... Company comes up with new subsidiary.....What our senior managment will say? Donot appoint extra..... u direct existing CA / graduate/ MBA to do it.... it is just a  matter of compling the things and adding in financials... the same way he takes care of another company..... Slowly his work pressure increases.... but he donot utter..... he accept it and ask for small increment.

And not to forget, THERE ARE BUNCH OF CA s WHO ARE READY TO WORK FOR PEANUTS... AS BONDED LABOUR..... WHICH IS also damaging CA degree.

Both ways, CA faternity is in loss... Industry are happy......
