I have one query ,one of my friend is forget to submit the medical allowance of 15000 and 80 C LIC ,so with out these form 16 has generated.
now while filing the IT returns she deducted both from the salary and she filed the IT return and while sending the ITR5 to income tax department she can send manually along with those LIC and medical proofs also?Please help me on this query asap.

Take all Deductions and Tax credits. If you are filing tomo - take a day more and see that the return is error free. You will not able to revise return. You can only rectify return for apparent mistakes made.
if you file return after due date you need to file return with 100% accuracy and see two three four times that the ITR filed is error free.
No attachments can be sent with ITRv
