He has sold a residential house in India and hence want to file IT Return for the AY 2009-10.

As per the PAN details with IT dept the jurisdiction is mentioned DLC/W/513/1. Where exactly is this ward/circle?

After filing the IT Return electronically, ie after efiling, at which ward/circle should the acknowledgement to be filed.?

What is the timelimit for filing the same. Is it still 15 days?

However, once he files return in any of these Circles, Jurisdiction over his case will continue to be with circle unless it is change under orders of the appropriate authority.
