IT Return of cab drivers

my friend is cab driver and he wants loan of 20 lakh...
he earns around 3 lakh from uber in bank account.
how can he file return and in which ITR?
in 8 % presumptive income only early around 24000 income is reflected in ITR which is not sufficient for loan purpose...
please guide on this....

8% is the minimum prescribed limit.

There is no limitation to show higher percentage. If you wish you can show even 100% as profit.

thanx ...so in the same column I can show 3 lakh full profit also?

I think it is not good

declare Approx. 6 lakh as T/o and then show approx. 3lakh profit
