After graduation Mr.A joined a company as fellowship for 2 years not as an employee, for that he earned some money which exceeds the IT limit and also he paid tax, now he realize that the tax paid by him is more, if he files the IT return and ask for refund, is it mandatory to file the IT return every year even-though he is not earning and doing his PHD in abroad. Can anyone guide me about this matter
