IT return A.Y.2018-19
Can Income tax return for A.Y. 2018-19 can be filed today for individual having income upto 500000/- voluntary or not ?

No... In normal provisions We can't file ITR for AY 18-19 now. Bcoz, The date of filling is gone...
Is It can be filed if we received notice/order from I.T. department ?
Yes... If received notice as "Non-Filings Monetary System" or any other...

In normal course you can not file return as the last date was 31-3-2019.
But when you have received notice from IT Dept , not only you can file, but rather it is mandatory to file return within time period given in the notice.
File return with utmost due care.
