Hello Friends,

I had filed one ITR-1 mannually on 31st July but due to miscommunication my one collegue filed the same return electronically on 5th Aug. In both returns we left to claim decution u/s 80D. so refund is also have to be claimed.

Please suggest what to do?

Thats a rare case that u have filed your return by both the modes ie physically and electronically. however since both the returns filed are filed as original returns and the data among them doesnt mismatch, you can now file a revised return. Prefer electronic filing now. And it should be okay if you donot file a revised return physically

Will there be any Notice from Income Tax if Mannual Return prossesed before reaching ITR-V of orginal and revised electronic return to Bangalore CPC ?

You cannot revise E filed return since it is belated. So file revised return manually. Don't send ITR V to Bangalure.

I agree.... revised return is the best way to correct any mistake & you can also claim deduction of 80d

Yes, we can correct our mistakes by filing revised return. Go for e filing
