Intimation under 143(1) rec'd on July 28 'The refund determined subject to adjustment of arrest demand d u/s 255 if any and compliance under u/d 241a if any. Nothing pending on work list. No outstanding demand. S/c validated. How long will it take to get refund.

I got my tax intimation 143(1) for a refund on 22/07/2022. It’s almost two months since I received the intimation but till today I have not got the refund credited.  I had raised several grievances but all closed without any resolution.  I don’t know where to complain and how to go about for claiming the refund.   Please advise me

My brother has not received refund past 1 month after 143(1)  though bank AC validated Worklist is clear & no pending  e proceedings & no demand.

All grivences closed without resolution

Grivence on CPGRAMS also not helping.

Only solution is if refund not recived after 9 months of intimation then approach local AO as per pan  jurisdiction and raise grivence there
