IT refund for AY 2020-21 of Companies

We, GlobeCom One Communications Pvt. Ltd. are a regular tax payers & have filed our IT returns with 3CA/CB and 10 I timely on 21st Oct 2020. As per MAT and tax computation we had a refunds of Rs. 3.90 Lacs. We revised the returns on 3rd November 2020 but the portal is showing under process for the refunds since 8th Sept 2021. We raised several requests under grievances on the IT portal but nothing has been figured out. The complaints tickets will get closed automatically & resolved by their own without any satisfactory reply. Could anybody suggest what is the reason of long delay or any better way to process the refunds or to understand the reason.

The ITR processing due date is 1 year from end of relevant assessment year. so due date is 31st March 2022. There is no specific reason but I think sometimes the risk based parameters lead to delay in processing, sometimes quantum of refund, sometimes the batch containing your file is not yet taken up for processing.

Thank you so much CA Raj Doshi sir... This is also what I got the replies over help desk numbers when I enquire for delays. Well we seek as suggested for some more time to get the refunds credited...
