I am not filed returns from last 2 years which is showing in Form 26AS online. (Previously i am filed and got the tds back)
i had a tax credit(TDS) in same period
if i file before 31.03.2012 can i eligilible to get tax refund
looking for reply as early as possible.

yes u can file 26as of f.y 2009-10 and also u can get refund for the same. regarding f.y 2010-11 u have time for another 1 yr to file. the time allowed is 2 yrs after the closer of f.y after that u can not cliam refund. correct me if i m wrong
