IT REFUND AY 2020-21

There's a mismatch between the amount of refund sanctioned, (which is far less) and amount claimed in ITR. On e-filing website, it shows ITR processed and Refund order is not available for download, and, Rectification Request drop down menu doesn't show AY 20-21. What should I do ??

Actually the refund you claim in itr has been reasseed by income tax authority u/s 143(1) and they reassess the return filled by you and as per their calculation the refund calculated by them will be credited to you and refund processing takes time. If there is any rectification order send by the authority then you have to file the return again otherwise you need not to worry refund will be credited to your bank account and you can also track your refund in NSDL portal

Does you get your intimation letter if yes then see the difference and check why you are getting less refund
and check if you have any out standing demand earlier
refund will be comes to you by end of the month

You have to check intimation received by you for income working of what you filed and what has been considered by CPC. Wait for few days for updates on site in you PAN log in

At present, the website says, "Intimation Order" , is not available, and also, in the Submit Rectification Request Link, A. Y. 20-21 not shown.
So, as Pravin suggests, I shall "wait" for the updates to reflect on the website.
