Thanks for sharing such an inspirational story. Its true that it is easier to criticize, but difficult to improve. In our career, when someone criticizes, it becomes our duty to find out exactly where are we lacking and try to improve ourself. There is a need to do self-analysis of our own. Of course, we should also consider from whom we are receiving criticism and is that criticism worth. There might be people who definitely help us to improve by criticizing us. We should think " Is that criticism really worth and necessary to give importance?"
