Hi!
In this case, the assessee has fogotten the password for efiling after registering it for the first time on the efiling portal and have not filed e return before. This is the first time he is trying to file through E Filing portal.
The forgot password option is also helpless. Password cant be generate using previous efiling acknowledgment number as the assessee havent filed online return before.
Kindly suggest me the suitable way to get back the password so that assessee can file the return online.
