IT File for Refund TDS
Bank deduct TDS from FY 2014-15 but till now. IT file not submit. Can I claim all TDS in FY 2017-18 return for all refund

Apply first for condonation of delay in filing return u/s. 119(2)(b) of IT act.
If approved by JCIT of your Jurisdiction, you will be allowed to file return.
