Issuing of tax invoice

I am supplying A4-sized bundles of paper to an Advocate’s Office. I submit the account of total supplies made during the 3-month period on the 15th of alternate month. Do I have to issue an invoice each time I dispatch the bundles?

Better if you issue Invoice every time
As per section 31 CGST Act

1] A registered person supplying taxable goods shall, before or at the time of,-
Tax Invoice is to issue:
[a] removal of goods for supply to the recipient, where the supply involves movement of goods;

So issue the tax invoice on every delivery of A4 Bumdle.

If you are registered under GST  then Invoice should be as per Rule 46 (tax Invoice ) of the CGST rules 2017 .
