Issues faced in filing ITR 3

Hi,

I have used the latest utility (20-Dec-21) for filing of ITR3 but on proceeding for validation getting the error as " Maximum length should not exceed 14 characters.". No page is directed to on clicking on the error link. Filled the ITR-3 multiple times but the error message keeps repeating with the error being unidentifiable. In-spite of grievance raised with IT portal no satisfactory resolution has been received. Need help for resolution since have been trying to file the return since 21-Dec-21.
