Pls help me in finding what exactly issued capital .If a company offer 10000 shares but public apply for only 9000 shares than whether 1000 shares should be part of issued capital or not

only 9000 will be part of issued capital.. authorised capital will always be constant, unless increased to..
10000 shrares is isued capiral,where as 9000 is subscibed capital.issued capita is the part of authorised capital
