Issue of TDS certificate in Form 16A

Sir, i want  secton 194j  rule .please explain that.

Thanks for the info. However, just one query, Form16A is required to be submitted next month to the deductee, which will not be possible in this case coz Form16A will be available for download to us from website only after filing quarterly returns.  Moreover no detail is given as to where to download Form16A. Please do reply if you are aware of the developments.
