I would like to know that whether it is a good practice on behalf of the company to convene Board Meeting for allotment in the State with low stamp duty (like U.P.) though the regd.office of the company is in diff. State say, Delhi?

Yes Mitali it is perfectly fine. Don’t think about good or bad practice. Set up corporate office in UP and take the benefit.
