Issue of invoice in USD to indian customer
I want to issue USD invoice to my customer and he will make payment in USD. so for that if any foreign gain loss arise then whether I have to issue debit / credit note for that???

Debit note and credit note can be issue when there is excess or deficit in quantity or product.
For foreign exchanges loss or gain such debit note and credit not can't be issue
For treatment of foreign exchange loos or gain AS-11 'effect of changes in foreign exchange rates' apply
