I want to export hair colours to some countries. These colours are manufactured by an company in Faridabad, I will purchase from them and export it further. My company is registered in Delhi. So my questions are:
1) Is I am liable to issue Form H to that company?
2) From where I can obtain this Form H, i.e. whether it is attested by some government body or it is issued by me only?

If your purchase invoice included the tax amount you need not issue Form H. If the invoice is issued without any tax and includes the sentence"sales against formH" then you must issue a Form H to the seller.In case the tax is included in the invoice the same may be refunded by the authorities or may be adjusted in the next return.Form H is issued by the VAT authorities.You may request your tax authorities to issue the form H
