Is it necessary for the Seller to issue Form 505 for all the sale of material made to parties? Is there any specification that only for specified material, Form 505 is to be issued?

To whom this 505 or e sugam is applicable? is there any specified goods which only comes under this 505???
E-sugama is explained in the Notification issued by the Department and this can be seen in the WEB-SITE of the Commercial Tax Department of Karnataka. The sales of only some specified goods are to be entered in e-sugama in addition to the issue of sale bill.
