Issue of form 16a

RESPECTED SIRS/MADAM,

Now I am going to deduct TDS of 2010-11.and have to issue form 16a to parties. Can I issue form 16A for all the quarters individually or one combined certificate(one certificate) for all the quarters.Is it OK to issue one certificate for all the quarters.and please tell me What should I have to write at certificate number. Should I give my own number or it will be given by NSDL .I am filing 26Q online.Should I use RPU2.5 version of NSDL?
