Issue of debentures at premium

Hello All!

I have a query regarding issue of debentures at premium. I understand that debentures can be issued at premium, but its is not written anywhere in the Companies Act itself, it can only be inferred. Is there any notification regarding the same? Or, has any company issued debentures at premium?

And, what about the issue of debentures for consideration other than cash?
