Issue of ca transcripts in sealed envelope

hello , my sister staying in usa is applying to become a cpa there , she has been asked to send her CA / CS & graduation transcriptts in a sealed envelope to NASBA - International Evaluation Services ( USA ) , she has sent me all xeroxes & application letters which i will forward to the Deputy Secy of ICAI , New Delhi & to the Director of Student Services of ISCI. Kindly advise if i am on the right track
