If you r preparing for both groups & have time constraints then PM is also enough .If you refer PM thoroughly 3-4 times then it can give you passing marks. But highscore is not assured. As  from PM quesion of Cover 50-60 marks in exam can be asked so depend on luck.

However it won't give you clarity over subject. Language of PM is quite easy but it is short version so canot cover complete syllabus which may be risk.

However if you r prepaing one group then PM is not enough then in that case refer any recommended book or Study material so as to get command over subject and give reasonable time to this subject as either it can give scoring marks  or can make victim of failure.
