Shuould i read all the topics from study material of institute for isca?and how many marks will be covered from pm in xam?? ......thanks in advanve

You cant predict.. But I wil suggest do study from PM also.. because it will help you to learn how to write and present answers in exams...!!!!!!!!
Dont take anything for granted that questions will be from PM, yes last time lot of questions came directly from PM but advised to cover the Study Mat completely

It is never advisable to completely depend on PM. They can only be used as a supplementary material.
Also it is advised to not study from the Institute's modules for any subject including ISCA because they're totally messed up. They are not student friendly. I recommend you to refer Manish M. Valechha's book for ISCA. It is clear, crisp and simple.
Recommend u to join some crash course.
refer Dinesh Madan or Jignesh Chheda's book.
Just mark those questions which are given in Practice Manual in the Authors book so u dont have to refer PM again.
