The MOST important tip I can give you for this subject is : NEVER TOUCH ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR STUDY MATERIAL! Why? Because the person who evaluates your paper probably doesnt know much about computers, so he/she will follow the solution key which is based on the study material. Simple. So even if you write something that is absolutely correct, you probably wont get marks if its not what appears in the solution key. So simply study what is there in your book, and be as thorough as possible. Remember as many points as possible.

Give brief introduction/defination at start of every answer

So craming is the way out. My basic problem is that i forget everything when I sit for the exam. This attempt also. On the day I of exam I start feeling jittery and it seems I have forgotten everything. So i end up writing in my own words and these bad results follow.

For that you need to revise revise and revise.suppose today you study isca for 10hours,then next day you should revise it for atleast 2.5-3 hours,you have to follow this daily.if you want to excel in isca best is write and practise. For eg i learn today 8 brief answers in 4 hours - next day i will first revise it in 1 hours and without seeing i will write it and evaluate myself.and before exam atleast solve 2 mock test on yr own.. you have sufficient time just follow it sincerly.
