Is Transfer Possible?
I joined a CA firm 3 months back and now I want a
transfer. The CA is willing to give me the transfer but I want to ask
whether this tranfer is valid bcoz only 3 months have passed since I
joined my articleship and someone told me that you cannot take a
tranfer till 6 months pass and only 3 transfers are possible during the
period of articleship. Is this true?

yes it is possible even if less than one month is expired

you can take a transfer when ever you want.though you may work for 3months or 3days you can take it.make sure that next one is good for you.
Yes. it is valid transfer of article ship if u will take now, it is not relivent that u have joined just three months ago. it is also doesn't a matter that u can take transfer only three times.

Their is no such provision and u can take any number of transfers during ur articleship and as for the period of articleship u up till elapsed, u can take transfer from any time u started the articleship with any CA and no such limit of 3 or 6 months prevail anywhere in the law.
