HELLO SIR/MAM, IN ITR3 - GENERAL SCHEDULE(AUDIT INFORMATION) I SELECTED THE "NO" OPTION FOR 44AA, IF "NO" IS SELECTED, I WANT TO FILL ITEM 6 IN "BS SCHEDULE". ACCORDING TO THIS I FILLED ITEM 6, YOU CAN SEE IN THIS PICTURE. MY QUESTION IS EVEN I FILLED THE DETAILS, WHY THIS POP UP MESSAGE ARRIVES.

WHETHER 1. I'M WRONG ? OR 

2. IS IT A BUG STILL ON WEBSITE AND WE WANT TO WAIT FOR FEW MORE DAYS ? OR 

3. ITS JUST AN INTIMATION MESSAGE AND WE WANT TO OMIT IT AND TO PROCEED THE FILING ?

KINDLY GUIDE AND UPDATE WHAT TO DO

May be your income and turnover exceeds the prescribed limit u/s 44aa. hence you have to either get audit or file under presumptive scheme

Tnks for the reply. Yes, as per the sec 44AA i'm exceed the limit but i'm less than the 44AB LIMIT 1crore turnover and more than 25% , i choose 44AA as Yes and fill the balance sheet, it shows the popup message, later in another case i choose NO in 44AA and fill the "No account case", now also the same popup message arrives.

thats why i confused
