Is this case valid for transfer?

Articleship 658 views 3 replies

We all have seen all sorts of gandhha exploiting rules on transfer.

Suppose; there are two CAs X and Y who are partners in XY and Co. Mr A is article of Mr X and hates X for all what CAs regularly do to students. Suppose Y dies or leaves the partnership ie the partnership dissolves.

Under this circumstances; can Mr A take transfer as the firm where he is in is no longer in existence?

If A is an article registered under Mr.Y, he can get termination and it is valid as he got it due to death of the fca with whom he registered..But if he is registered under Mr.X, he will be granted termination only if Mr.X leaves his practise only

DEAR JOSH

A IS REGISTERED UNDER MR. X SO, DEATH OF MR Y WILL NOT AFFECT ON ARTICLESHIP OF A.

IN THIS CASE A CAN NOT GET TRANSFER FROM MR X.

its obvious
