I miss to apply for the may 2021exam attempt because I was suffering from Covid-19 & was Hospitalized and now the exam form window gone closed. Is there any option to apply for the may 2021 exam? Please suggest me the path !

No, last date was over including fine also. Now You have to apply for Nov 21 exam. But why you should appear for May 21 exam as you're suffering from Covid 19. Stay safe and prepare for Nov 21 exam
