is there any topic wise weightage for preparing for cpt

At CPT level its advisable to study throughly as it is a base for full CA course . This you may realise when you proceed to further stages...

U have enough time as of now , Give ur full efforts especially to Accounts and mercantile Law. Focus on conceptual clarity. If u do this ,then you can study to improve your marks by studying Maths and Eco. depending upon your interest..

hey pratiksha...for cpt exam der is no topic wise weightage as such...be conceptually clear in acounts n law...as it forms a base for higher levels of the course...u have quite a good amount of tyme to study...give ur very best...n also do not forget maths and economics as dese 2 can also play a bit to push up your cpt score....

And never heard of any topicwise weightage in any of subjects of CPT.
