is there any time limite to revise TDS certificate, (ex- FY 2008-09). tds certificate will revise now or it is not possibile.please give me answer.

Is there any time limite for tds revise

You must file Correction statement before correct TDS statement, It is possbile to made correction of Original TDS return 2008-09, because 2005-2006 & 2006-2007 was discontinued but after that correction of return is allowed.
There is no such time limit specified nor there is any provison under income tax act for revised TDS return
