Is there any need of filing itr3

in f.y. 19-20, started intraday trading, but having loss around Rs. 40000
having other income like interst from bank, f.d , ppf all including approx -Rs. 39000
now I want to know that if I should file income tax file or there is no need

before f.y. I was filing Itr1 that time I am salaried person
but from f.y.19-20 , I am unemployed

need experts guidance regarding thus matter
